Q. Are your gemstones natural?

Yes — our gemstones are 100% natural and authentic. They are neither heated nor treated, and none of them contain glass.

While it isn’t always possible to trace the exact origin of a gemstone after cutting and polishing, all our stones come from trusted, responsible vendors. We ensure that our precious and semi-precious stones are responsibly mined.

Every piece is handmade in our workshops in Jaipur, India, by skilled karigars (craftspersons).

Yes — all our pieces are certified by renowned labs such as IIGJ, IGI, or HRD.

You can verify your certification directly on the website of the respective lab. We will provide the certification details and links for easy verification.

Not all — while many of our pieces are made to order, we also have a ready-to-ship collection. These pieces will be exactly as shown in the pictures.

Our pieces are crafted from natural gemstones and solid gold, designed to last a lifetime. As they require no warranty, we do not provide a warranty card.

Q. Which shipping provider do you use?

We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. In rare cases, customs clearance may cause slight delays, but we strive to deliver within the promised timeline.

  • Ready-to-ship pieces: Processing time is 1–2 business days.
  • Made-to-order pieces: Processing time is 5–7 business days.
  • You can check your order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your package on the UPS website via the link provided in the Track My Order section of your account.

 

Yes, any import duty is the responsibility of the buyer when the parcel reaches the destination country.

    • UK & European Union:A minimum of 20% import duty applies. The final amount is determined by customs at the destination.
    • Australia:A minimum of 10–15% import duty applies, subject to final customs assessment.
  • Since all our pieces are handmade, production can occasionally take longer than expected. We always aim to dispatch your order on time and will keep you updated in case of any delay.

  • We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective. However, we do accept exchanges within 21 days of delivery.

  • Yes — we accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.

You can, but we generally don’t recommend it. Resizing elsewhere can risk affecting the gemstone setting and the original polish of the metal.

Currently, we do not offer installment payment options.

Your order will arrive in a beautiful handmade, pearl-studded box along with a soft velvet pouch for storage. It’s securely wrapped with protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

We do not offer additional gift wrapping, but our packaging is designed to be gift-ready — something our customers often appreciate.

Q. How do I store my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in the soft velvet pouch we provide or in any cushioned box to protect the gemstone from scratches.

Yes, except for pieces made with opals. Opals can become transparent or lose their natural beauty when exposed to moisture.

Q. How do I find my correct ring size?

We highly recommend visiting a local jeweler to get your ring size measured accurately. Alternatively, you can follow our guide on how to measure your ring size at home (link provided on our website).
