Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Made to Order items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product listing. 

Shipping Methods: We offer Expedited shipping via UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Fees: Free shipping available worldwide. 

Import Duty: Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility. For Buyers in the European Union, UK, Canada, Switzerland & Australia, there will be a minimum 20% import duty incurred for your item. The final percentage is variable and totally up to customs to decide when the parcel reaches the destination country and this is payable by the buyer. 

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days. 

Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

At KK Gems and Jewels, we strive to deliver high-quality jewelry that meets your expectations. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Return Guidelines: 

Eligibility: Only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for return. Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if you encounter any issues. 

Return Shipping & Duties: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties. To ensure a smooth process, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to prevent delays
